How to Make a Matcha Latte
Put 3 to 4 grams of matcha into the cup.
(Sifting the matcha will prevent lumps from forming.
Add 150-180cc of warm milk to the cup.
Blend with an electric muddler until smooth.
When a fine froth forms, a delicious matcha latte is ready.
＊You can also use an electric muddler to froth about 30cc of warmed milk in a separate cup and add it to the finished matcha latte.。
＊If you prefer a sweeter taste, add some gum syrup at the time of step 2.
