How to Make a Matcha Latte

What to prepare

◯3 to 4 grams of Fat Matcha
Sieved matcha is less likely to become lumpy.
◯150-180cc warmed milk
◯A cup
◯Electric muddler (for a smoother consistency) or muddler

1.

Put 3 to 4 grams of matcha into the cup.
(Sifting the matcha will prevent lumps from forming.

2.

Add 150-180cc of warm milk to the cup.

3.

Blend with an electric muddler until smooth.

4.

When a fine froth forms, a delicious matcha latte is ready.

*You can also use an electric muddler to froth about 30cc of warmed milk in a separate cup and add it to the finished matcha latte.。

*If you prefer a sweeter taste, add some gum syrup at the time of step 2.
